Our Year 10 Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s group recently completed their training expedition in the Berwyns and Llangollen area. While the days were dry, the pupils faced a real challenge as overnight temperatures dropped below freezing, leaving them to wake up to frost‑covered tents. Despite these conditions, the group demonstrated excellent teamwork, resilience and navigation skills throughout the expedition. Well done to everyone involved!
